Try not to allow them to use phones or games consoles an hour or two before bedtime, as this will help.

#3: Think about bedroom temperature

Your child’s issues with sleep may derive from the fact that their bedroom simply isn’t a suitable temperature for them. Children all have different preferences, but in general, a good temperature for a child’s bedroom is between 68 and 72 degrees (a little below and above this is fine, too). If your child is super hyperactive before bed, it’s going to be hard for them to relax and go to sleep.
